Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1)Advising and briefing high level leadership on the impact of fiscal policy and regulatory changes related to financial management, budget services and management programs;2) Analyzing organizational level resource management programs to identify and resolve policy, funding, and resource distribution issues and 3) Performing a full range of employee supervisory duties to include performance evaluation, interviews, selection, and resolving employee grievances. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Resource Management Officer provides direct support and assistance to the Senior Commander, who is responsible for providing administrative control and Title 10 support to assigned and attached Forces Command units located on the installation.
