Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ???????GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing military personnel records and correspondence to determine eligibility for various personnel actions; 2) Identifying and correcting inaccurate data in personnel systems; effects required corrective personnel actions; 3) Establishing and maintaining files and data associated with a variety of military personnel actions; 4) Interpreting policy and data to respond to inquiries pertaining to military personnel actions, including entitlements, benefits, and eligibility for various programs; 5) Originating correspondence associated with the administration of military personnel actions; 6) Retrieving data from various information sources in answering questions, preparing correspondence, and developing reports/briefings; and 7) Making additions, revisions, or deletions to service records or files to keep them current. You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS)/Navy Personnel Command (NPC) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
