Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing training curriculums, instructional design, and instructional programs; 2) Demonstrating outstanding leadership skills to positively interact with co-works and employees; 3) Tracking multiple instructional related projects until completion; and 4) Overseeing course databases to ensure accuracy.
