Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning and performing investigations to test and evaluate new Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) technologies and related engineering, AUV/UUV modeling, simulation and visualization technologies, and determines which are suitable for operational use. Experience developing efforts to achieve new and unprecedented ocean survey capabilities using rapidly evolving AUV and sensor technologies. Experience applying knowledge to ocean measurement platforms and sensors and related modeling, simulation, and visualization technologies. Experience understanding diverse technical areas including computer hardware, computer systems, scientific visualization, computational models, geographic information, information systems, oceanographic and geophysical measurement systems, measurement platforms, and databases. Experience communicating effectively with personnel at all levels including operational technicians, scientists, and engineers such as R&D personnel and management, agency management, and high-level DOD management. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AUV Ocean Collections Division, Ocean Projects Department, Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
