This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Assist in navigation of water vessels or tug boats; 2) Operate deck machinery/equipment; and 3) Handle lines and cables during docking, moving, or towing operations.
