You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Developing and managing reports that effectively communicate EEO-related data and trends. Managing and administering an Alternative Dispute Resolution Program with a focus on improving employee and management relations. Providing advice and assistance to supervisors, managers and employees; creating and conducting training to the workforce. Advance experience with the EEOC FEDSEP Portal in assisting with conducting analysis of the workforce tables demographic data (excel and EEOC system). Advance experience with the completion of the Management Directive 715 (MD-715) Annual Report, Management Directive 110 Annual Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Statistical Report (462 Quarterly Report) NO FEAR ACT REPORT and Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment Report (FEORP). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
This position is part of the Defense Media Activity.
