Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with nuclear material procedures, related nuclear material control regulations and other material policies. Experience with the inspection levels for nuclear material to determine inspection requirements of material. Experience working with enterprise Business Soultions (EBS), Receipt Inspection Management System (RIMS), SECNET, and Nuclear Job Material Lists (NJML), or similar systems. Experience with security regulations relating to the safeguard and handling of classified information and material. Experience managing programs and fostering an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. Experience monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Experience determining objectives, setting priorities, and ensuring sound management processes. You will serve as an INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Nucleat Material Support Branch (Code 2305.2) of the Nuclear Material Management Division (Code 2305) with in the Nuclear Enginmeering and PLanning Department (Code 2300) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
