Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with curriculum design, development, evaluative methods, and techniques for assessing developmental classes, workshops and seminar execution; Experience planning and managing individual classes and programs; Experience developing clear and effective curriculum, documents, and procedures; Experience in oral communication, establishing effective interpersonal relationships, and facilitating; Experience in attending meetings and/or work conferences concerning leadership and/or training, processes improvements, and special projects; Experience with acting as a consultant for proposed management actions. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Technical Support (Code 130S), of the Quality Assurance Office (Code 130) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
