Specialized Experience: one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes; 1) Coordinating cost estimates for budget requirements; 2) Managing financial resources for a real estate project utilizing an automated financial management system; and 3) Developing schedules for real estate projects by assigning personnel This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

About the Position: This is a Supervisory Realty Specialist position with the USACE Omaha District Real Estate Division. Responsible for administering an extensive real estate program involving numerous large areas of land and highly valued and/or improved properties for civil works, military,and special projects.
