What are we looking for? A minimum of two years experience that demonstrates proficiency in handling negotiable instruments and in cash handling procedures. Ability to count, handle and transport large sums of money on a repetitive basis and make rapid and accurate mathematical calculations. Must have practical knowledge of office practices and general accounting procedures as well as knowledge of security procedures relative to cash collection and handling. Must be able to operate a personal computer. Knowledge of inventory management and the receipts reconciliation process preferred. Knowledge of U.S. Postal Service procedure/regulations preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have knowledge of applicable motor vehicle safety regulation in the operation of several types of vehicles. Ability to operate a motor vehicle with approximate gross weight (GVW) up to 10,000 lbs to transport items.
