Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying extensive practical knowledge of the theories, principles, and techniques of electronics and the ability to apply this knowledge to the accomplishment of complex work assignments. Experience using and calibrating phase noise measurement instruments. A basic understanding of phase noise measurement technology is required. Experience understanding electronic, electrical, electromechanical test and measurement equipment, and mechanical test and measurement equipment and its characteristics.
