Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Overseeing awards, staffing, billet validation, position descriptions, and workforce actions for the organization; 2) Developing, managing, and forecasting budgetary plans related to labor costs; 3) Designing and evaluating effectiveness of a training program; 4) Evaluating the effect of cost and program changes against approved business plans; and 5) Preparing briefs, point papers, statistical, and/or narrative evaluations to ensure understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations. You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) within the Public Works (PW) Core Division at the Echelon IV Command of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
