GS-12: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, to qualify for the GS-12 grade level your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the instructional systems aspects of Interactive Courseware programs; Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating Interactive Courseware programs using computer languages (such as HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, and/or other front-end technologies); and Experience coding and deploying web-based applications in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser Environment. GS-11: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, to qualify for the GS-11 grade level your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the instructional systems aspects of Interactive Courseware programs; Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating Interactive Courseware programs utilizing Git, GitHub, photoshop, and/or other multimedia development software; Experience writing and maintaining Web Applications; and Experience training staff personnel, instructors, and other educational department personnel in the use and implementation of Interactive Courseware programs.
