To qualify, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-03/GS-13) position in the federal service. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the federal service which includes: 1) Providing oversight for the development of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities in support of an organization; 2) Reviewing/developing all test documentation such as Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Test Reports, Test Plans, Emerging Results Briefs and/or Operational Test Readiness Reviews. 3) Briefing leadership on test strategies, plans and test results. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03 or GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Technology Application
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS grade 14 Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS 15 grade step 10 in the broadband.
