To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Providing guidance and strategies in areas such as budget, configuration and data management, cost estimating, schedules, Export Control or Information Technology; Communicating with leadership and internal/external stakeholders, to identify requirements, risks/issues and recommend solutions; Leading a team to develop, maintain, monitor and provide efficient implementation of NASA or program requirements.
