Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 broadband level (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying a mastery of Information Technology (IT) policy and planning practices to develop or interpret operational policies related to the life cycle management, operation or retirement of IT systems. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. You will serve as the Assistant Enterprise Chief Information Officer (AECIO) in the Cyber Engineering & Digital Transformation Directorate (SEA 03) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
