Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing real estate principles, practices, markets and values, and applying the techniques, principles and methods applicable to real estate agreements; 2) Reviewing realty transactions and conveyances and evaluating the effects of various methods of acquisition, property management, or disposal upon the uses and value of land; 3) Applying contracting methods/procedures pertaining to the full scope of real estate transactions, and provide on the spot guidance in complex situations; and 4) Leading multi-functional teams as project manager as scope is identified and executed and providing on-the-job training and mentoring to other Realty Specialist.
