MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Identifies and proposes efficient utilization on Maximo mobility use and provides guidance for making required changes. 2. Provides training to users on general functions and use of devices, as well as Maximo mobile applications. 3. Performs analysis, tracks trends, and make recommendations based on finding for future improvements. And 4. Develops goals and tolerances, sets, and monitors metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency. FOR THE GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Tracks devices and Maximo mobile application usage to develop metrics. 2. Troubleshoots programs, technical issues, and identifies operations errors to determine possible solutions. 3. Coordinates with mobile device service providers for technical support. And 4. Performs analysis and tracks trends for the program.
