MISSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing in-person customer service duties to include: answering phones, picking up and delivering mail, directing walk-in traffic, etc. I am also computer literate, organized, and can communicate well via written communication. Examples of related experience include: 1) Utilizing database systems to process and manage administrative files in an office; 2) Applying a knowledge of an office’s file storage, retention and destruction systems; 3) Using a knowledge of correspondence formats, citations, grammar, spelling, and punctuation; 4) Completing various administrative office practices and procedures such as staffing, coordinating, filing, photocopying, faxing and assembling correspondence.
