PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative methods to analyze program requirements for military operations. Examples of qualifying experience may include (1) demonstrated experience in coordinating and executing a complex, high-end training of live fire events including missiles, gun and torpedoes in a training or combat environment; (2) ability to adjust and flex to short notice changes in the plan and requirements; (3) preparing a package for a contract modification or task order from development of the support requirements, independent cost estimate, award and execution. Track and report funding execution; (4) knowledge of Fleet weapons systems, their purpose and capabilities; (5) knowledge of air and water space management concepts to include safety requirements in a live fire environment; (6) written and radio communication skills that include public speaking, writing and developing briefing packages, using radio brevity communications with ships, aircraft and ground force units. You will serve as a Program Manager and Operations Conductor in the Fleet Training Division (Code N3R7) of the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF).
