Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience performing complex advisory services in the areas of Recruitment/Compensation/Classification. * Experience providing technical and administrative supervision over a group of a employees. * Experience applying, broad Recruitment/Compensation/Classification personnel processing, concepts, principles, and practices. * Experience serving as an expert consultant to top agency officials on the Recruitment/Compensation/Classification areas of responsibility. * Experience serving as a management team member and providing new and advisory programs strategic plans and complex organizational issues that would impact the services provided by the Division. * Experience presenting complex ideas and options with the Recruitment/ Compensation/Classification Programs to a wide range of audiences in order to tactfully and persuasively present controversial changes so that they are accepted and understood.
