Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. GS-15: To qualify at the GS-15 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Performing industry research using data analytics resulting in recommendations to executive leaders for goal formulation and tracking performance; Overseeing process improvement, strategic planning, and change management techniques which may include advocating for and introducing new concepts,products, and innovations which enable systemic organizational solution implementation; Interpreting and developing laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Government’s small and socioeconomic business programs. As a Business Development Specialist (Program Manager) within the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) you will be responsible for policies, procedures, and operations for OSBP. You will provide technical direction to a team of highly skilled small business advocates to assure the development and implementation of a comprehensive agency-wide small and socioeconomic disadvantage businesses contracting opportunities in NASA programs.
