GS-15: To qualify at the GS-15 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Performing industry research using data analytics resulting in recommendations to executive leaders for goal formulation and tracking performance; Overseeing process improvement, strategic planning, and change management techniques which may include advocating for and introducing new concepts,products, and innovations which enable systemic organizational solution implementation; Interpreting and developing laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Government’s small and socioeconomic business programs. As a Business Development Specialist (Program Manager) within the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) you will be responsible for policies, procedures, and operations for OSBP. You will provide technical direction to a team of highly skilled small business advocates to assure the development and implementation of a comprehensive agency-wide small and socioeconomic disadvantage businesses contracting opportunities in NASA programs.
