SUPERVISORY EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector ensuring widespread compliance of an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program by managing and processing Reasonable Accommodation requests and providing case management services such as alternative dispute resolution, program training, or advising others on program regulations to eliminate systemic barriers to employment.
