Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes directing elements of law enforcement operations; supervising and critiquing the training of law enforcement personnel; and determining law enforcement resources based on operational need. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
