Law degree. 5 years legal experience as a licensed and practicing attorney, with at least 3 years’ experience with business transactional law. Exceptionally strong writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent legal research abilities. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Strong legal analytical skills. Strong collaborative skills. Strong work ethic. Good business acumen. Ability to work independently with sense of urgency, responsibility and fairness. Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders ( executive management, military personnel and government personnel), adjusting communications to the situation, and successfully understanding and communicating priorities to each audience.
