(For GS-13) Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Applicant’s resume must demonstrate the following specialized experience: Experience assisting with worldwide scheduling and support of assigned projects including overseeing coordination of logistics and operational needs to meet mission requirements. Experience coordinating multiple projects with various stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve project goals and objectives. Experience monitoring the readiness and material condition of ships Experience preparing and presenting briefings on assigned projects to large groups including senior internal and external personnel. Experience reviewing contractor invoices to ensure that charges are reasonable, valid, properly invoiced and reimbursable in accordance with the terms of the contract. Experience participating and assisting in the planning, preparation, development, and justification of annual budget estimates and funding requests. Experience monitoring the execution of projects from development to implementation. Experience identifying resources including personnel, financial, and equipment to support various program and mission needs. Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining information and data for future reference and analysis.
