You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GG/GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience with the planning and programming principles, concepts, and methodologies to develop major program initiatives or new analytical methods applicable to one or more of the scientific and technical intelligence disciplines involving foreign ground forces or systems. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Leadership Partnering Production and Analysis Research
