Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying practical knowledge of the theories, principles, and techniques of electronics and the ability to apply this knowledge to the accomplishment of difficult, but well-precedented projects. Experience analyzing engineering literature, procedures and technical drawings. Experience making sound decisions using basic engineering principles. Experience demonstrating the capacity to comprehend and apply measurement practices while working independently as well as the ability to show linear progression in dealing with problems.
