Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Subject matter expert for program oversight on utility preventative / planned maintenance program activities to include job plans, asset inventory, and work order management. Extensive background on preventive maintenance and inspections of utilities structural components, mechanical, electrical, and steam equipment as it relates to the system. Analyze and evaluate preventive maintenance requirements, repair, and construction based on specific frequencies or risk factors on critical utilities infrastructure or systems. **NOTE: This experience must be fully supported in your resume.
