GENERAL ENGINEER/OPS RESEARCH ANALYST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of General Engineer/ Operations Research Analyst experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Testing and evaluating major acquisition programs to include experience with design of testing methodologies, execution of operational tests, standardization principles and practices, and evaluation and interpretation of testing results. 2) Utilizing theories, practices, methodologies, and standards of testing in a realistic operational environment of major acquisition programs. 3) Knowledgeable in military operations. 4) Utilizing Integrated Test and Evaluation concepts and methodologies. 5) Analyzing, collecting, extracting, evaluating data.6) Resolving problems, including critical thinking, decision making, and effective communications.
