Your resume must demonstrate IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail – Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Customer Service – Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. Oral Communication – Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. In addition to the competencies listed above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of information technology (IT) to contribute to the development and implementation of Cybersecurity strategies and policy as well as the creation of forecasting models to analyze and forecast future Cybersecurity requirements; Support Enterprise Cybersecurity strategy including the assessment of inspection results and technology implementation, the identification of gaps in existing or projected Cybersecurity architecture, and projecting trends in the Cybersecurity architecture; Manage an information technology (IT) investment portfolio to ensure that investments are aligned to accomplish the organization’s missions and goals; Prepare multi-year requests and leads staff members and contract support on the formulation of short and long range Cybersecurity strategies, plans, goals, and objectives. You will serve as a Cybersecurity Information Technology (IT) Specialist and Action Officer supporting the triple roles of OPNAV Resource Sponsor, Director of Naval Intelligence, and Deputy Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer. You will collaborate on the development of projects and deadlines keeping supervisor informed of controversial matters. This position is located at DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF in Arlington, Virginia.
