Specialized Experience Statement: A qualified candidate’s online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service i.e., NN-02 or GS-11. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience conducting at least 3 of the following activities: 1. Delivering nuclear weapons or other high-risk systems 2. Implementing state-of-the-art software for product design and production 3. Deploying enterprise digital engineering tools, such as product definition management systems, requirements management systems, and data integration systems 4. Negotiating mutual-win digital solutions across a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, such as NNSA’s nuclear weapon labs, plants, and sites 5. A successful candidate in this position will serve as a General Engineer/Physical Scientist in the Deputy Administrator for Defense Programs; Stockpile Services Division (NA-122.1) and is responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing digital thread/digital engineering initiatives within the NNSA Product Realization Integrated Digital Enterprise (PRIDE) Program.
