Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must be a high school graduate, or equivalent; and be able to provide proof (i.e., diploma or equivalent) for verification. AND Must possess clerical experience which provided knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Possess the ability to maintain files and skill composing simple correspondence. Knowledge of Youth Center programming, policies, OI’s and Air Force regulations is desirable. Must have knowledge of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) to perform database maintenance and word processing. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate, and satisfactorily complete installation, state and national criminal background checks to include a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
About the position: Located at the School Age Facility, at Wright-Patterson, AFB. Utilizes automated data processing equipment to maintain customer databases, schedules other mission essential reports and documents as directed.
