Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DO-II/GS-13 grade level. Knowledge of contracts, financial/budget planning and execution. Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, technical methods and approaches and technical and/or resource requirements to leadership, peers and subordinates. Skill in conducting workforce planning and resource allocation to maximize utilization of constrained resources.
