You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your résumé. For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes supervising or leading staff in evaluating security assessments, authorizations or technical documentation to ensure that financial systems are operating in a secure manner and are fully compliant with applicable laws and guidance. Examples of such experience could include: – Formulating, financial management requests and ongoing analysis of financial systems performance; OR – Providing direction and solutions to managers/officials on financial management policies and procedures; OR – Experience providing technical guidance and consultation to others on matters related to security assessments or authorizations; OR – Providing input into system design, developing requirements and supporting projects. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.

This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Administrative Resource Center – Systems and Project Support Division. As a Supervisory Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the direction of supervisory, professional, technical, and administrative subordinates and for providing advisory services to the Director.
