Federal experience is not required. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:GS-12 Level: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience with the development and promotion of materials and services to customers or internal/external stakeholders, through the planning and implementation of marketing and communication plans, to inform and educate customers, taxpayers, and/or partners on various matters; Experience with marketing principles and techniques to implement marketing and communications plans to inform and educate a broad range of taxpayers; Experience evaluating promotional methods and media choices; Experience with consultative skills to develop leveraged partnerships.
