Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an General Maintenance and Operations Supervisor without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common duties which include: 1) Coordinating maintenance and repair of industrial heating and boiling plant systems, industrial air conditioning systems, and/or secondary power distribution and utility hook-up systems; 2) Utilizing diagrams, charts, or manuals to determine techniques and processes related to preventive maintenance repairs, and component replacements. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed – Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
