PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Acting as a technical authority for policy and program analysis of communications systems; directing complex studies involving other communications capabilities organizations AND advising management in decision making to resolve operations problems.
