Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: applying program management principles directly related to the planning, preparing of budget estimates, project scope requirements, or schedule; AND planning or managing acquisition programs or project efforts; AND recommending changes to enhance acquisition programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03).
