The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision I have the ability to independently perform the most difficult and complex tasks as an expert or have been consulted by other employees in difficult situations performing duties including performing work procedures in at least one of the industrial shops as Pipefitter or Electrician. Experience providing technical direction over work efforts of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of shop operations. Experience assigning and explaining work or tasks to be performed by subordinates. Experience possessing extensive knowledge of such diverse trade as electrical, pipefitting, machining, refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics etc. Experience demonstrating considerable experience in the organization, management, direction, and coordination of activities concerned with scheduling and performing industrial facility functions. Experience using knowledge of procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives to ensure subordinates are completing maintenance and repairs efficiently and correctly.
