Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-05 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing various administration support functions. Experience analyzing supported organizations missions and operations to determine current and future impacts, administrative operations and adjusts operations to meet changing conditions and situations. Experience using information, information systems, and technology to increase capability, and proficiency in relevant software programs. Has the ability to identify problems and propose solutions. Has a general knowledge of the principles of program management. OR 1 full year of graduate level education. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: 1. Resilience – Deals effectively with pressure, ambiguous and emerging conditions, and multiple tasks; remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity or uncertainty. Recovers quickly from setbacks. Anticipates changes and learns from mistakes.
