Experience working on environmental projects; Or 2. Experience managing environmental project milestones, quality and/or budget from initiation through construction and initial operations Specialized experience for the GS-12. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the federal service which includes: 1. Experience working on environmental projects; Or 2. Experience managing environmental project milestones, quality and budget from initiation through construction and initial operations; Or 3. Experience with coordinating multidisciplinary teams and sponsor/customer requirements and communicating project progress, issues and impacts.
