Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DP-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading and managing large, diverse Mission Systems (MS) test and evaluation (T&E) programs and direct testing team members in all aspects of T&E program execution; 2) Assessing performance requirements against operational requirements and providing assessments for identified performance deficiencies; 3) Developing new Mission Systems (MS) test procedures and/or equipment to solve test-specific problems; 4) Evaluating test results to ensure correctness and reliability and determination of required test variations and modifications and 5) Leading peers in the conduct of tests and evaluations. You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST (COMPUTER SCIENTIST/GENERAL ENGINEER/OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST/ PHYSICIST) in the Mission Systems T&E Team Lead Office (TLO) within the Mission Systems T&E (MSTED) Department of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
