EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages the Installation Emergency Management Program including tenant commands; 2) Develops and implements installation policy, guidance, and procedures for the Emergency Management Program to include the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in accordance with applicable directives/regulations; 3) Provides technical advice and guidance to management officials both internal and external to the organization regarding all aspects of the emergency management program; 4) Coordinates the Emergency Management command and control function to maintain effective operation of the EOC; and 5) Coordinating with the installation training team for exercise development, execution, and development of effective after action plans.
