GS-13 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develops complex designs and analyses utilizing advanced electrical engineering software; Prepares final detailed working drawings, comparative cost analysis, request for proposals, and project specifications for a wide variety of facility types (e.g. housing, clubs, maintenance shops, dining facilities, administration buildings, command and control centers, hangars, medical facilities, towers, and waterfront/harbor structures). The GS-13 position has a selective placement factor in addition to the basic education and qualifications requirements. The selective placement factor is: Applicants must have a current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) from any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. If you meet this requirement, you must provide a copy of your current registration with your application.
