PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Program Analyst. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Creating ROMs/Cost Estimates, Task Agreements (TAs), Project Management Plans (PMPs), and/ Customer Service Agreements (CSAs); (2) Managing budgets, schedule, and performance in accordance with sponsor Program requirements; and (3) Ensuring timely achievement of schedule milestones are met within the guidelines of the sponsor’s requirements.
