Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting clerical or administrative duties for a program, office, executive, or organization. Examples of qualifying experience may include: receiving visiting personnel and phone calls; directing visitors and callers to appropriate staff; ensuring correspondence adheres to policy; coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring travel documents adhere to policy; managing access control; de-conflicting or optimizing appointment schedules to maximize time efficiency; analyzing invoices to perform record keeping tasks; organizing and maintaining files; researching or assembling information to support staff or executive level requirements. You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) in the Strike Fighter Weapons School, Pacific (SFWSPAC) of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF. You will be responsible for Secretary duties for the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer of SFWSPAC and serve as Government-wide Travel Charge Card (GTCC)/Defense Travel System (DTS) Agency Program Coordinator (APC).
