Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Act as a project lead for IT projects such as Naval Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluate (RDT&E) surveys, Military Constructions (MILCONs), facility upgrades, telephone systems; interface with FRC East, MCAS, and contractors involved in telecommunications projects; 2) Plan for and support budgets for telecommunications projects; 3)Prepare and review equipment and facility specifications, monitor and resolve technical communication problems in the preparation of facilities and the procurement and installation of equipment, and develop and/or conduct operational acceptance tests.
