Managerial work experience and executive knowledge and ability of the caliber described above. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Demonstrated experience in leading strategic planning, with documented accomplishments. Experience with project management related to acquisitions, construction, or capital improvements. Minimum of 3 years’ experience at the Division Chief level of at least one Division within FMWR. Ability to communicate, orally and in writing, to senior leaders up to 3-star level. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
