INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION)

To qualify for the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION), GS-2210-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with system and software administration tasks such as installing, patching, configuring, integrating, and monitoring of web servers, geospatial web applications and relational database management systems (RDBMS) on Linux or Windows operating systems. Experience maintaining cybersecurity compliance of software according to the organization guidelines and requirements. Experience evaluating and implementing compliance strategies for information assurance vulnerabilities (IAVs), and monitoring system to ensure operational availability. Experience performing software administration duties required to maintain cybersecurity compliance of the ESRI ArcGIS products and database systems and serving as a technical expert for ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
